To effectively integrate voluntary workers’ forces with 3-in-1 methods of “corporation between governmental agencies”, “mobilize societal force”, and “higher monetary reward of offense report”, we established “Clean Home, Clean Neighborhood, and Green Life Webpage” also called as “Ecolife Webpage”. The establishment of this webpage successfully promoted total participation in home clean action. This webpage also became an information platform for recording the interactions between residents living in specified community with those living elsewhere and their efforts on keeping community clean. As the third year of the project, works were continued from last year including maintain and expend “Take care of neighbors blog” website, In the way of functionality, facelift were done for external web pages, which became more lively, and allowed Environmental Protection Bureaus to add contents and maintain the web pages. Changes were also done for personal blogs, by adding more functions allow users to customize their personal blog. Several “Rating” activity were done through the cooperation with the Environmental Protection Administration, several “rating” systems with report generating function were also developed for “River Cleanness”, “Dengue Fever”, “Public Toilet Cleanness”, “Environmental Supporter”, “5S”, “General Cleanness”, “Mobilization”, and “Autumn Environment Cleanness”. To maintain the quality and order of web contents, functions were developed to allow user to report false contents as well as to provide phone numbers and email addresses for quick responses to users’.
